He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Laterza and Angelina Laterza (Gallucci); his wife Frances Laterza (Martino); and his siblings, Josephine Iovino (Laterza) and Joseph Laterza.
He is survived by: his children, Guy Laterza, Vincent Laterza (Maria), Luke Laterza (Millie) and Elizabeth Laterza (Carlo Porcaro); his grandchildren, Conor Laterza, Molly Laterza, Vincent Laterza, Maya Laterza, Luke Laterza and Carlo Gerardo Porcaro; and his sisters, Faye Ricci and Barbara Delisio (Louis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
