He is survived by: his wife Celeste (Nardi); his children, Francis Allen Jr. (Diane DiBattista), Maureen Allen (Beth Siegrist) and Mary Allen (Eddie Montague); his grandchildren, Jessica Scorzetti and Alexander Allen-Walden; and his siblings, Thomas Allen, Glendora Allen, William Allen and Kenard Allen. He is also survived by his four great-grandchildren.
