He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer, Betty Arvesen (Cox), George and Alice Leal (Cowell); and his stepparents, Linda Albin and Charles King.
He is survived by: his parents, James Arvesen and Sandra Arvesen (Leal); his siblings, Susan, Sarah, Brandon, Carin and Ricki; his nieces and nephews, Jordyn, Tyler, Ryan, Kyle, Cammy, Austin, Maddie and River; his aunts and uncles, John, Sallie Arvesen, Gordon and Susan Horne; and his cousins, Kristin, Eric, Margo and Lindsay.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Center for Racial and Disability Justice in Chris' memory.
