He was predeceased by: his partner Ralph Petillo; his brother Michael Radice; and his brother-in-law Gerard Madaio, Sr.. He is survived by: his sister Carol Madaio of Scottsdale, AZ; and his nieces and nephews, Jerry Madaio (Renee), Michele Madaio, William Madaio, Jennifer (Miguel Casas) and Cherie Madaio. He is also survived by many grand nieces and nephews and several godchildren.
