He was predeceased by: his parents, Flavio Castillo and Deifilia Castillo; and his brother Angel Castillo. He is survived by: his wife Delia Viera Castillo; his children, Carlos Castillo (Adrienne), Sandra Castillo, Michelle Pereira (Chris), Leona and Maxine Castillo; his great grandchildren, Michael and Vivian Pereira; his siblings, Manuel Castillo (Isabel), Luis Castillo (Susan) and Mariana Ineguez (Manuel); and his sister-in-law Maria Castillo.
