He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerre Riggs, and Herbertha Riggs, Sr. (Salmon); and his siblings, Marilyn Meshach, Rodney Riggs and Molly Riggs.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Bobby" Riggs of Blairstown, NJ.; his children, Renee (Fred Fiesseler) of Long Valley, NJ and Travis (Meghan Riggs) of Commerce, GA.; his grandchildren, Sam, Megan, Julia Fiesseler, Patrick and Joseph Riggs; and his brothers, Jetur Riggs and Joel Riggs.
