He is survived by: his wife Ruthann (Cathers); his brother Donald Osmun (Susan) of Rockville, MD; and his stepchildren, Diane Rowe (Dennis), Carrie Favino (Joe), Robert Raffery and Kelly Dickinson (Paul). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
