He is survived by: his parent Norma Cowell (Plett) of Blairstown; and his siblings, Girlene of Easton, PA, Evelyn of Blairstown, NJ, Michele of Bridgewater, NJ, Chris of Wantage, NJ, Ted of Easton, PA and John of Blairstown, NJ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family requests in lieu of Flowers to make a donation to an animal rescue in Charlie's Name.
