She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Cioffi and Emma Cioffi (Shuba); her husband Anthony Basilicato; and her daughter Christine Anzevino. She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn (Christopher Stracco) and Michelle (Timothy McCarthy); and her grandchildren, John, Michael and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cancer Hope Network, 2 North Road, Ste. A, Chester, NJ where her daughter Christine received counseling during her illness and employment during the last years of her life.
