She was predeceased by: her daughter Christiana Poweska (Frank). She is survived by: her children, Steven (Michelle Rockwell) of Blairstown, NJ and Jennifer Schulze (Steve) of Mountain Lakes, NJ; her grandchildren, Lillian and Alexander Schulze; her sister Marianna Lesczuk (Joseph); and her nephew James Mack.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Barbara's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
