He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Raws and Anna Buch Raws Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his sons, Michael Raws (Sherrill Raws), Steven Raws (Maria Raws) and Timothy Raws (Rosemary Allen). He is also survived by grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (200 E Clements Bridge Rd, Runnemede, NJ 08078). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
