He was predeceased by: his wife Mary. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa; his brother Michael Monahan (Kathy) of Wisconsin; and his nieces, Laura Monahan, Paula Lewis (Dennis) and Jennifer Monahan of Wisconsin.
