She was predeceased by: her son Joseph Cobb Jr.; her parents, Robert Whittick and Edna Whittick (Cochran); and her brother Bobby Whittick Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Mortimer, Lisa Foltz, Michelle Robb (Kenneth) and Brittany Hinman (Charles); her grandchildren, Michael, Robert, Christopher, Alyssa, Deanna, Destiny, Olivia, Justin, Kayla, Jordan, Trinity, Adelynn, Preston and Charleigh; and her sister Teresa Dunkirk Clatterbaugh (John). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
