He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dorothy McGough and Carlton Cloud. He is survived by: his spouse Isabelle Cloud; and his children, Isabelle McKeown (Stephen) of Deptford and Robert J. Cloud (Sandra) of Mantua, NJ.. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
