He was predeceased by: his wife Emma; and his sister Doris James (Donald). He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. Miller, Jr. (Celia) and James Miller (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Caitlin Gugel (Carl), Amanda Miller (Greg Schmidt), James Miller and Christian Miller; and his great grandchildren, Eric Gugel and Vera Schmidt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
