She was predeceased by: her siblings, Alfred Jacob Lombardi, Jr. and Treasured; her parents, Alfred Lombardi and Carmella Lombardi; and her pet Romeo.
She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Little IV; her children, Lori Ann Carfagno (John) and Matthew P. Little (Kristi); her grandchildren, Gianna Carmella, Dominic John, Matthew Joseph and Grady Robert; her siblings, Alfred John Lombardi (Pamala) and Annette Lombardi; her nephews, Marco Lombardi (Vanessa) and Franco Lombardi (Nicole); and her cousin Constance Lombardi.
Because of Pat's sincere love of animals, her family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, 125 County House Road, P.O. Box 475, Blackwood, NJ 08012, or to the Voorhees Animal Orphanage, 419 Cooper Road, Voorhees, NJ 08043.
