He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, John DiVito and Michael DiVito (Theresa Nistico) of Hammonton, NJ.; his grandchildren, Kristen DiVito, Vincenzo DiVito, Gianna DiVito, John DiVito and Luciano Nistico; and his brother John DiVito of Sebastian, FL. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
