He is survived by: his wife Juanita Bouchard of Blackwood, NJ; his sons, Paul Bouchard (Gerrie) and Keith Bouchard; his grandchildren, Dexter Bouchard of New Jersey and Daphne Bouchard of New Jersey; his siblings, Rena Bouchard, Rose Bouchard of Van Buren, Theresa Sawyer (Steven) of Veazie, Irene Lee of Vassalboro, Mona Boulrisse (Rick) of Bourne, MA, Norman Bouchard (Tina) of Hebron, CT, Eugene Bouchard (Mary Ann) of Glastonbury, CT. and Mark Bouchard of Sabattus; and his brother-in-law Robert Bouchard of Van Buren.
