She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Okulewicz and Helen Okulewicz. She is survived by: her sister Eleanor Kon; her goddaughter Kathy of Cherry Hill; her nephew Steven of Mt. Laurel; her niece Mary Ellen Kawalec (Greg); her great-nephew Tim; her great-niece Lauren; and her friend Janet Cox (Rob) of Berlin.

In lieu of flowers, Josephine suggested that those wishing to do so may make donations in her memory to either St. Joan of Arc Church (at same address), or Samaritan Healthcare & Hospice, Development Office, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300 Marlton, NJ 08053.
