He is survived by: his children, Kelly Philbin of Deptford, James R. Philbin, Jr. (Valerie) of Mickleton, NJ and John R. Philbin, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Bridget, Emma, John Jr., James III, Joseph and Kara. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
