It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helena M. Zambrzycki (Blackwood, New Jersey), who passed away on May 2, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Victor; her daughter Patricia Forziati (Joseph); her grandchildren, Jennifer Alvarez (Andrew), Michael Forziati (Jenna) and Christine; her great grandchildren, Heather, Brett, Mason, Adam and Matthew; and her sisters, Dolores Andrelczyk and Mary Testa. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
