He was predeceased by: his wife Louise MacNeill; his son Kenneth MacNeill; and his siblings, Ernest MacNeill, Jr., Dorothy Haggan and Ruth MacNeill.
He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Joseph; and his children, Sharon Falciani (Frank), Donald MacNeill (MaryAnn) and Catherine Davis (Malcolm, Jr.). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
