He was predeceased by: his brother Tony Fields (late Debbie). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Fields; his sister Debbie Hoffman (George); his stepchildren, David Carlamere (Michelle), Michelle DiFranco (Michael) and Steven Carlamere; and his stepgrandchildren, Joseph, Gabrielle, David, Vincent, Victor, Aaron and Lillianna.
