He is survived by: his children, Ivette Sweeney (late James) of Collings Lakes, NJ, Richard Vargas of Phila, Grisel Rivera (Manuel) of Phila, Leonard Vargas (Francheska) of Sewell, NJ and Enrique Vargas, III (Janice) of Lindenwold; his siblings, Peter Vargas (Joyce), Tete Vargas, Irma, Aurora and Elba Roque; his grandchildren, Eddie, Sarah, Jimmy J., Maria, Nicole, Richard, Jr., Yvonne, Robynn, Brandon, Aristotle, Luke, Raynaldo and Juan Carlos; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Alexandra, Danica, Rico, Mason, Loralei, Zachary, Colin, Xavier and Zandria.
