It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Hart-Welzel (Blackwood, New Jersey), who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Anton Welzel; and her brother William Hale. She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Hart (Lynn) and William Hart; her siblings, Robert Hale, Lucille Robinson and Betty Jean Hale; and her friend Jennie Phillips.
