He is survived by: his children, Michael Spinelli (Mary) of Clementon, NJ and Lisa McCabe (Jim) of Mount Laurel, NJ.; his grandchildren, Eric Spinelli, Mara Spinelli, Megan McCabe and Brian McCabe; his brother Philip Spinelli; his nieces, Nancy Koehler and Christine McMenamin; and his nephew Phil Spinelli.
