She was predeceased by: her brother John D. Warren, III (Catherine Warren). She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Kelsch (Tom), Dagney McDaniel, Amanda (Cara Doumenis) and Dawn Livingston (late Melvin); her grandchildren, Lauren (Mike), Alexander (Tatiana), Collin, Grant and Caden; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Ana and Jordan; and her sibling Kay Costigan.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Diane's memory to Silent Epidemic, 731 Willow Drive, Gibbstown, NJ 08027; an organization dear to her family in honor of a recovering family member, that offers hope and recovery to make a difference; one life a time.
