She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Mullins, Jr.; her son Michael Mullins; and her sister Marie Richards. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Blake, Gary Mullins (Kathleen), Daniel and Zachary; and her brother Edward Daley.
