He was predeceased by: his child Kenneth A. Quintavalle. He is survived by: his spouse Arlene; his children, Cynthia M. Shoemaker (Paul) of Erial, NJ, Lisa Coleman of Bridgeton, NJ and Anthony R. Quintavalle of Blackwood; and his grandchildren, Alisha Coleman, Joshua Coleman, Paige Shoemaker, Kenny Quintavalle, Jr. and Kurin Quintavalle.

In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to the American Cancer Society.
