With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Francis Oakes of Blackwood Terrace, New Jersey, who passed away on December 15, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Daniel J. Oakes. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Barker); and his children, Catherine Plank of Glenmoore, Rosemary DeHaven of Glenmoore, Ruthann Hackett of Downingtown, Sandra Collins (Randy) of Brandamore, Richard Oakes (Kelly) of West Chester and Peggy Oakes of Blackwood Terrace, NJ.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren.
