He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Getler; his children, Marie Hasson (John), David Getler (Margaret) and Paul Getler (Lisa); his grandchildren, Taylor, Thomas, Morgan, Nicholas, Brooke and Aaron; and his sister Catherine Knopka.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Boy Scout Troop #62, 1680 Almonesson Road, Deptford, NJ.
