She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bland and Elsie Bland; her sons, Thomas (Carol), Joseph and Gregory (Lorraine); and her siblings, Gordon, Harry, Roy, Douglas, Barbara, Joan and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Raised, Kent, England and Connie; her husband Thomas Hamilton; her daughters, Eileen Trombetta (late Joseph) and Valerie Hamilton (Dale); and her daughter-in-law Robin. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in Connie's memory to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
