He is survived by: his wife Colette; his children, Thomas (Terry), Sean (Karen), Kevin (Hazel), Colette (Michael) and Megan (Chris); his grandchildren, Erin, Sean, Alexis, Melissa, Kaitlyn, Declan and Helen; his pet Fiona; and his siblings, Richard (Trudy), Francis (Ruth), Joe (Linda) and Sister Mary McGarrity. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, Tom asked that loved ones do a good deed.
