He is survived by: his brothers, Gary and Carl; his children, Thomas Barclay, Jr. (Adrienne) and Amy Elizabeth (Todd Lisella); his wife Jane (Schmitt); his granddaughters, Anna and Emma; his father-in-law William Schmitt Jr.; and his brother-in-law William Schmitt III (Brenda).

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Salvation Army at 1865 Harrison Avenue, Camden NJ 08105 would be appreciated.
