He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Lender; his wife Theresa; his children, Grace (Jon), Josh and Nicole; his grandsons, Oliver, Greyson and Noah; and his siblings, Rosemary Thomas (Bill) and Joe Lender (Jennifer). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Alpha 1 Foundation at 3300 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Coral Gables, Florida 33134 would be appreciated.
