He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Controvich and Ruth Controvich; his daughter Lynda; and his brother William Controvich. He is survived by: his wife Rita Controvich; his children, Lisa and Michele (Greg); and his grandchildren, Luke, Lilli and Alana. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
