He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Levin and Robert Levin. He is survived by: his cousins, Carol Girardi (Joe), Camille Yeager (Rich), Nancy Montvydas (late Tom) and Christine Allen (Ed); and his friend Joe Zocolla (Libby).
