He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lavacca and Catherine L. Lavacca. He is survived by: his siblings, John J. Lavacca (Teri) of Plant City, FL, Mary K. DeStefano-Blackwood, Blanche V. Ansaldo-Berlin, Catherine A. Lavacca-Berlin, William G. Lavacca-Berlin, Margaret R. Schmidt (Edward), Jeanette S. Musumeci (David), Donna M. Richards (Jon), Karen L. Lavacca-Cedar Brook and Michael A. Lavacca (Catherine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family strongly request that donations are made in Joey's name to The AWA in Voorhees, NJ.
