He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Mary; and his brother Roy (Frances). He is survived by: his children, John Jr., Tracey Hefner (Tony Tata) and Allison (Adam); his grandchildren, Amber Ream, Benjamin Hefner, Stephon Adair and Saralynne Adair; his great grandchildren, Jayden of Boo, JT and Summer Lily; the mother of his children Sarajane Adair (Bill Lipscomb); his siblings, Frank (Rosemary), Robert (Linda), Dennis (Charlene), Gary (Kathy), Wayne (Susan), Barry (Susan), Mary Lou Rossi (Joseph) and JoAnn Brown (Michael); and his aunt Sarah Landgraf. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
