She is survived by: her daughter Deseree Brown; her grandchildren, Tierra, Tawonna, Michael, My'leahya, Cherylnn, Tyheed, John Jr. and Manny; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Zuri, Nyhira and Miracle; and her sister Dr. Corrine Morgan-Rutland (Allen Rutland).
