He is survived by: his brother Zachary Smith; his grandparents, Melanie Smith, Maura, Dennis Lippitt and Phyllis Moon; his great-grandparent Terry Smith; his aunts and uncles, Brad, Allison, Nick, Natalie, Johnny, Cathy, Denise and Nicole; his great-uncles and great-aunts, Nora, Kate, Michael and Mark; and his girlfriend Gianna. He is also survived by many loving cousins, extended family and friends.
