He was predeceased by: his wife Maryann. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Mastroberti and Jodi Koster; his son-in-law Stefan Koster; and his granddaughter Eliza Koster.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, in memory of Salvatore J. Mastroberti, a cause close to his heart.
