He was predeceased by: his wife Martha (Gannon). He is survived by: his children, Philip Farrelly Jr. of Toms River, NJ, Kevin Farrelly of Toms River, NJ, Philomena Moustakas of New York and Patricia Farrelly of New York; his sister Philomena Roma of Toms River, NJ; and his grandchildren, Lauren, John, Charlotte and Gabrielle.
