It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Ellen Tomko of Berkeley Township, New Jersey, born in Trenton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 14, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Andy Tomko; her son Shawn Tomko (Cheryl); her granddaughter Skylar Tomko; and her siblings, Howard Bilbee (Candy) and Audrey Bilbee.
