He is survived by: his wives, Judith Bay and Judith Belock of Berkeley Township; his children, Joseph J. Belock of Jersey City, NJ, Andy Belock (Rebecca Mackey) of Portland and Julie Belock (Robert); his grandson Robert Leoni IV of Somerville; and also Barnegat Bay. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
