He was predeceased by: his father Anthony DeSclafani. He is survived by: his wife Ann DeSclafani; his children, John J. DeSclafani (Ann) of Hasbrouck Heights, Gary DeSclafani, Kim Iacovone of Secaucus, Ronald DeSclafani, Meri Rosen of Long Island, Jim DeSclafani (Cathy) of Howell and Mark DeSclafani (Michael Roselli); his grandchildren, Jessica, John, Anthony, Danny, Nikole and Kristen; and his great grandchildren, Julianna, Jace, Enzo, Cru and Quentin.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to: St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
