Eleanor Walsh Obituary

The memory of Eleanor Walsh of Berkeley Township, New Jersey, who passed away on March 1, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Conklin and Eleanor DeRosse Conklin; her husband Edward Walsh; her son Douglas Walsh; and her siblings, Carolyn Koster, William Conklin and Thomas Conklin.

She is survived by: her children, Denise Walsh and Edward T. Walsh; her stepchildren, Edward C. Walsh, Michael Walsh, Kenneth Walsh and Debra Walsh Hickey; and her granddaughter Jodie Lash. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren through her extended family.

Viewing was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Timothy E. Ryan Home For Funerals (145 St Catherine Blvd, Toms River, NJ 08755). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church (130 St. Maximilian Lane, Berkeley Twp, NJ 08757). A burial was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Eleanor's name may be made to the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
