It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A Klaich of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willa Herbert and Elmer Herbert; and her brother Jack Herbert. She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Mostello (Tom), Karen Klaich (Mick Moyle), Wendy Davison (John) and Arleen Teranishi (Hiro); and her grandchildren, Lesley Tedeschi and Ryan Teranishi.

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Providence United Methodist Church (1441 Springfield Ave, New Providence, NJ 07974).
