With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard L. Duhaime of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 93. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Richard had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Richard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Duhaime and Louis Duhaime; his wife Marie Duhaime; his brothers, Louis Duhaime and Robert Duhaime; his grandson Richard Duhaime III; and his great grandchild Benjamin Sherman.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Duhaime Jr., MaryPat Brown, Peggy Scarzella, Diane Bowler, Carol Zingeser, Jeanne Stern and Judy Cottone. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
