It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raphael M. Plaszczymaka of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, born in New York, New York, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Lilla Plaszczymaka. He is survived by: his father Michael Plaszczymaka; his brothers, Christopher and Arthur Plaszczymaka; his grandmother Halina Zukowska; and his godparents, Alicia and Zigmund Ossolinski. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
